At Space Savers Plus we aim to produce quality components at competitive prices
To do this we have various machine tools, these include

1/ Emcoturn cnc lathe with an 8 station autotool turret able to do outside and inside
profiling/ screwcutting/grooving and drilling operations G and M code programing.
This lathe is fully automatic and will hold tolerances op to 0.001
Suited more for smaller components up to a bar size of 25.4mm and able
to turn up to 80mm on a billet , All work is considered whether 1 off or 5000.

2/Emco cnc mill with a 10 station auto tool turret able to pocket mill, mill engrave
drill, tap. again suited more for the smaller precision components Z= 190mm
Y=80 mm Z 100mm fitted with ballscrews all round attributing to its precision

3/Centre Lathe

4/Small watchmakers capstan lathe

5/Cnc mill single head ball screws allround  X 500 Y 145 Z 280
this machine can also be used manually

We also have other machines to asist in the completion of the components.
